NOVANCE Terms and Conditions

If you do not accept these Terms, you will not be able to create an account or use the services that require authentication.

The products, prices, availability, images, descriptions, and other information shown on a site may come from external providers or merchants.

5. Accuracy of Product Information

NOVANCE uses automated mechanisms to import and update product information.

Although we strive to keep information up to date, we do not guarantee that information originating from third parties is always accurate, complete, or available.

The user must understand that the final price, availability, and other purchase conditions correspond to the merchant or external provider. NOVANCE is not responsible for changes made by those third parties.

NOVANCE subscriptions are offered through the plans and prices shown on the Platform.

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for the corresponding transactions.

Paddle sets its own terms for buyers, including payment conditions, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds.

Applicable taxes may be calculated and charged according to the rules applicable to the buyer and the transaction.

10. Renewal and Cancellation

When you contract a subscription with automatic renewal, you authorize the corresponding recurring charges until the subscription is cancelled.

You can cancel a subscription to prevent future renewals.

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Paddle's current terms establish that a subscription can be cancelled at any time so that it ends at the end of the current billing period.

11. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with NOVANCE's Refund Policy, Paddle's terms, and any mandatory rights applicable to the buyer.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit non-waivable rights established by applicable law.

We strive to keep NOVANCE available and functioning properly.

13. NOVANCE's Intellectual Property

NOVANCE, including its software, design, brand, interface, code, documentation, and proprietary elements, belongs to its owner or to their respective licensors.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership right over NOVANCE to the user.

The user receives only a limited right to use the service while maintaining a valid subscription and in accordance with these Terms.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or cancel an account when necessary to:

Cancelling a subscription does not necessarily mean the immediate deletion of all account data.

Account deletion is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and NOVANCE's deletion procedures.

15. Deleting an Account

The user may request deletion of their account through the features available in NOVANCE.

Deletion currently enters a 30-day grace period before the account data is permanently purged.

During that period, certain accounts may be recoverable through support.

Once the permanent purge has been executed, the account's data and associated relationships are removed from the database in accordance with the Platform's operation.

Data shared with or held by external providers may be subject to their own retention policies.

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

NOVANCE seeks to process only the data necessary to provide, protect, and improve the service.

The rights of personal data subjects are exercised in accordance with applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NOVANCE will not be liable for:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules or any other mandatory legislation that may apply to the user under their jurisdiction.
